I am starting with this app today. Tempting our chances on Etsy :) So, in order to install the app on our Shopify shop, I was assisted by Normie. Great support, really! Fast, pleasant and easy. I was a little hesitant when the pop up of the agent came through but Omar reassured me it would be fine and he would be happy to help. I ended up needing help and he was Fantastic! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very good costumer service, The UI for the features needs some improvements, like add automatically the SKUs to the products need to be more visible, I had to reach out to the CS to show me where that is located.

I rated this app and the customer service as absolutely 5 STARS!!! My agent Joseph Morris guided me through a seamless transition from my Square shop to my Etsy Integration with ease. He was very patient with me and that relaxed me as I tried to follow his every instruction. I have used this app for quite some time now, and I would recommend it to anyone needing seamless integrations.

I have been using QuickSync for a few months now to syngronize my Etsy listings to my Shopify shop. Normie has been very helpful with the questions I have had. Now all settings are set up properly and I can import my products without worry.
