Thea is very helpful, although I am usually tech savvy, with so many things to look at, Thea helped me get all my items synced and working, which I could not seem to do!

Joseph Morris was super helpful. I'm new and as soon as I attempted to execute my first task, he was right there to join and make sure I was set up ok. While I didn't make it through the entire onboard (not due to him, but Etsy complications), I still have the ability to contact him again once the Etsy issue is resolved. In the interim he provided me with helpful guidance and support for future tasks. So far so good!

Great app, brilliant customer service by Joseph

Angelica was super helpful. She helped me sync my products to Etsy in minutes and was very quick in answering any questions and problem solving.

Updated review: I am trying this app again after deleting it. I clicked on support and Thea was there right away to help me.

The support is very friendly but unfortunately there are bugs that completely ruin the experience of being a hassle free integration. To the development team, here are the issues I've encountered that haven't been fixed & required manual remediation: 1. When an order contains a line item for "Shipping Charges" the fulfillment status of the order is never synced to Etsy. 2. Inventory syncing is reliable most of the time but I had a bug where two variants of a product weren't synced resulting in orders that couldn't be fulfilled. If these are fixed I would be willing to revise the review & try the app again but at this time I need a more hands-off integration.

So far this has been an amazing experience with this app - Thea helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the syncing working, and once I did it everything has worked perfectly! Orders come through automatically to my shopify from Etsy and I don't need to worry anymore about inventory levels or creating manual post labels - so so happy, thanks Thea!

I have downloaded a lot of apps, and this one offers the best onboarding experience of any I've used so far. Joseph, the Customer Success Agent was so helpful and courteous. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Smooth and seamless integration!
