Angelica was super helpful. She helped me sync my products to Etsy in minutes and was very quick in answering any questions and problem solving.

So far this has been an amazing experience with this app - Thea helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the syncing working, and once I did it everything has worked perfectly! Orders come through automatically to my shopify from Etsy and I don't need to worry anymore about inventory levels or creating manual post labels - so so happy, thanks Thea!

I have downloaded a lot of apps, and this one offers the best onboarding experience of any I've used so far. Joseph, the Customer Success Agent was so helpful and courteous. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Smooth and seamless integration!

I just started working with them but Omar was very quick to step in and assist me in syncing my products from Shopify. He was responsive and very helpful!

Joseph was the best, amazing! made it easy, patient and got it done and explained everything perfectly. I'm sure it was harder than he made it look and feel. Great guy, way better than a bot!!

These guys go above and beyond. They provide more support than my own company and I have a very high standard, it doesnt matter what time of day or night you chat in, they are knowledgeable and ready to assist. They also do little things extra for you, like go in and help fix listing issues (mistakes I made) and really do a great job with all of that. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed.

This app is very helpful for sellers who have multiple stores on different platform! It helped me to manage inventory easily and the customer service is super quick to response (within seconds!). Omar answered all my questions very specifically and saved me so much time! Highly recommend !!

The customer service is fantastic! Joesph was extremely helpful and patient. He was able to fix my product syncing issues right away. And was very reassuring in getting everything working for me. Best experience working with a customer success agent.
