Support on this app is great, they were right there to answer any questions I had. The app just doesn't do what I need it to do. I have some made to order items that may show out of stock in Shopify, but I still want to push those listings to Etsy, and it won't do that with 0 in inventory currently. If you don't do made to order items and always keep an inventory, then this app is for you!

Ich würde diese App weiter empfehlen weil mir der support immer sehr wichtig ist. Glücklicherweise ist der support bei dieser App genau der richtige. Sehr nett, schnell und zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht.

I worked with Joseph!! It was quite the ordeal because I had a shop in the past. He was so patient and helpful. I wish we could have a dedicated rep for issues because I would choose him. He was excellent and made sure I was taken care of before ending. Totally awesome!!!

Integration into the shop is a bit of work, but the support is very friendly, quick and competent. Will see how the app performs over time!

I was really struggling to enter my Shopify products into Etsy by hand. I searched and searched for an app and tried a few that failed. Then I stumbled onto this Etsy Integration-QuickSync App. I am not a tech guru, so when the customer service guy, Omar Youssef popped up in chat, I was happy he was a real person to help walk me through this! He baby-sat the whole process and ensured it was done correctly. He also noticed I had a few products that were not set up correctly in Shopify and offered ways for me to fix them so they could also be added. Man, what a change from other apps! So thrilled that I chose this app, as I was pretty beaten down and frustrated before this. 2 thumbs up for the customer service!

This app was quick and easy when other apps made it difficult to use in order to accomplish the same task. What the other app took 2 week to not accomplish Omar helped me in 1 hour. Thank You

Don't bother to use this app if you are trying to sync digital products. The app doesn't work for digital products. I asked about this before I installed the app and was told the app could do what I needed. Then, I installed it and wasted 2 hours trying to get things set up, only to discover that the product doesn't work for digital products. I then got two different stories from support about whether the app will or will not work. When it was made clear that I was annoyed with the runaround over if the app works with digital products, the app was delisted for a day for a "planned" update.
