Don't bother to use this app if you are trying to sync digital products. The app doesn't work for digital products. I asked about this before I installed the app and was told the app could do what I needed. Then, I installed it and wasted 2 hours trying to get things set up, only to discover that the product doesn't work for digital products. I then got two different stories from support about whether the app will or will not work. When it was made clear that I was annoyed with the runaround over if the app works with digital products, the app was delisted for a day for a "planned" update.

I needed to cancel my service and received extremely quick service from Joseph in the chat. If I needed the app, I would absolutely re-download and use! Excellent customer service!

I'm so glad that I found this app! It will save me so much time since I have to manage all of my selling platforms myself. Joseph was SO AWESOME! He immediately began helping me with the process of connecting my account and syncing my products! He's EXCEPTIONALLY professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Customer service is TOP NOTCH! Thank you, Joseph!

Tech support is very helpful, some startup snags but worth it once you work out the kinks.

Loved that it was quick and easy in the background, the chat with Omar was incredibly helpful and checked in every few minutes during the process! I didn't have to do a ton of extra work to get all my products synced into Etsy, which I loved

I switched from another app to this one because it was so hard to get my items uploaded. This app is much easier to use! It is only day 1, but I have loaded more items in one day that I ever did on the other app. Edit: I switched to one star because it would not let me sync my product to Etsy and have an increased price in Etsy. Support contacted me and let me know a feature had been added that allowed me to do this. I appreciate Joseph and the support team for their help.

I'm super impressed with the customer service! Regardless of how easy/intuitive a UI is, there really isn't anything that beats having a human walk you through things for the first time. Thea held my hand in the set up process, and got me set up super quickly. I'm very happy with this app so far!

This app is so easy to use and the customer service is outstanding!!! Highly recommend! UPDATE: There is an issue with this app manually adjusting the inventory in my shopify store to zero. I was only aware this was happening when a customer called about an out of stock product. I had just added inventory and Etsy Quick Sync manually adjusted the inventory back to 0. This has happened at least 5 times in the last 6 months and each time I am assured the developers fixed the issue. It just happened again yesterday and now I am being told since the adjustment happened 2 weeks ago I have to wait for it to happen again because they don't have logs to check that far back. Currently looking for another app.
