Etsy Integration by QuickSync

My experience was terrific. I started out knowing nothing about this app and once I communicated with the representative, Everything fell into place. I had my settings for products incorrect, and my representative was able to guide me and explain how to correct it and proceed with the following steps. I was leary about selecting this app over the others, but now I am convinced.

I would recommend this app to others. The written instructions to how to sync were very clear for someone that isn't 'techy'. There was also the option to speaking to someone on chat which I don't usually do however, I had a issue which led to me using the chat. I'm so happy I did. The person I was dealing with was so very helpful, it felt like I had an invested partner helping find a solution to my business need. The title of the person was Customer Success Agent and it was an appropriate title, they were truly focussed on the success of my store.

Thea was very helpful in walking me through the steps to get my items synced with from Shopify to Etsy! The app has been user friendly and saves time from having to upload each product individually!

I do not know anything about syncing my products and Joseph from Customer Support Chat was so kind to assist me every step of the process. This is my second chat with Joseph assisting me with syncing my selected products to Etsy. He is knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, and very thorough.
