Still trying to sync products at this stage, haven't gotten nearly half of them synced but the consultant was helpful and informative.

Updating my review because lo and behold, after syncing the items, my etsy shop got suspended. So, yeah. Wish I had saved myself the hassle of the evening and just not bothered.

Update: Trotz zwei Wochen intensivem Hin- und Herschreiben konnte mein Problem immer noch nicht gelöst werden. Ich habe mehrere Stunden in den Support investiert und wirklich viel Geduld gezeigt. Leider hat sich das nicht ausgezahlt – im Gegenteil: Es kam zu fehlerhaften Synchronisationen bei Bestellungen und Lagerbeständen, was mir zusätzlich Überstunden verursacht hat. Ich war lange Zeit sehr zufrieden, aber inzwischen habe ich das Gefühl, nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Zudem muss ich mein Problem bei jeder neuen Nachricht wieder von vorne erklären, was extrem frustrierend ist.

Love Etsy: Sync Products and Order. I have always wanted to open an Etsy shop but I found it too difficult to manage inventory as I sell on other platforms. Now that I have discovered Etsy Sync I can finally open my Etsy Shop without any worries. Also, customer service is brill, very quick to respond. Rachael

Joseph was extremely helpful and persistent, even when I had dumb questions. He was able to assist me with getting all my inventory moved over to Etsy from my Shopify store. 10 out of 10! Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

I have been and Etsy seller for almost 12 years. Today, I decided to actually build my stand alone site with Shopify. Rather than manually enter over 300 products I chose this app to assist me in exporting my listings. So far, it's working pretty great! (It's going to take some time to complete with all the variants and photos...) I also want to say that my experience with Joseph has been exceptional. Right after I downloaded this app he greeted me, in a chat window, and let me know he was there if I needed anything. A few hours later, I did have a question, and he was right there to virtually hold my hand as I hit the sync button. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days. He made what could have been a stressful moment easy and seamless. I wish he was going to hold my hand through the rest of this process!

My experience was terrific. I started out knowing nothing about this app and once I communicated with the representative, Everything fell into place. I had my settings for products incorrect, and my representative was able to guide me and explain how to correct it and proceed with the following steps. I was leary about selecting this app over the others, but now I am convinced.

I would recommend this app to others. The written instructions to how to sync were very clear for someone that isn't 'techy'. There was also the option to speaking to someone on chat which I don't usually do however, I had a issue which led to me using the chat. I'm so happy I did. The person I was dealing with was so very helpful, it felt like I had an invested partner helping find a solution to my business need. The title of the person was Customer Success Agent and it was an appropriate title, they were truly focussed on the success of my store.
