Thea was very helpful in walking me through the steps to get my items synced with from Shopify to Etsy! The app has been user friendly and saves time from having to upload each product individually!

I do not know anything about syncing my products and Joseph from Customer Support Chat was so kind to assist me every step of the process. This is my second chat with Joseph assisting me with syncing my selected products to Etsy. He is knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, and very thorough. Excellent customer service, and took the time to speak with me about a resolution for the issue. The customer service rep did a great job! I would highly recommend and use it again. A wealth of knowledge and explains things in a very user-friendly way.
