collected a heap of 5 star reviews when the app was a free alternative then and bait and switch, now charging for your features. i would leave a one star for this practice

We’ve always been transparent, and even after introducing paid plans, we kept a free plan available for users who prefer not to upgrade. In your case, the app helped generate over $37,000 in extra revenue, completely free. That’s a win by any standard.
