They don't offer translation into multiple languages via Shopify native Translate and Adapt and also the "product combo" feature is not working as expected. If you are using one product into a combo, you can't use it anymore in any other combo which makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately, not a helpful app at all.
Thanks for your feedback. Since your review, we’ve introduced full support for Shopify’s native Translate & Adapt, so all text can now be translated across multiple languages. We’ve also improved the Product Combo logic, you can now use the same product across multiple bundles without any issue. Happy to help if you’d like to give the app another try.

Had a problem with products not showing but Arthur was extremely helpful and managed to resolved in few minutes!

We have tested various apps for bundles and have also used Rapi for some time. In itself, the app is good, despite the limited range of functions - after all, it's free. Nevertheless, we ultimately decided against it because there was a issue that bundles did not work at all (“Don't worry, it's just a sync problem”) that was not solved for several days. In addition, the support initially requested full access to the entire store, which was unacceptable for us. We don't run large stores and don't have a lot of staff, but we still (or perhaps because of this?) need them to work as smoothly as possible.

Arthur helped me with a strange discount bug. He solved the problem within 5 minutes. I thought this will drag it out to like more than a day. WOW thanks to Arthur for the fast and nice support!

Fantastic app! Would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. Any Shopify store that sells items in bulk should absolutely use this app. Able to customize offers/wording/colors. The customer support - you can't ask for better. Twice I asked questions and very fast response from both Arthur and Patrick so very much appreciated their assistance and patience since I'm not tech savvy. This app is customer user friendly!
