Just installed. Like the initial look and feel. Reached out to Support and Patrick was very helpful. It was really early in the morning and he was available and was able to answer my questions quickly. I am looking forward to seeing what this app can do.

I would definitely recommend an app like this. It does what it says, and more. Moreover when you're starting to use it, a customer support agent proactively approaching to know how you're fairing with it, is encouraging and exhilarating. I particularly enjoyed the help I got from one of their agents, Arthur Fynn, who was as professional as you can expect, plus having to go informal sometimes to keep the engagement lively and fun. That's what customer service should be par excellence.

This is great for a free app. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the feature I need to bundle individual product listings. However, Arthur was very helpful and responsive in answering my questions.

I just launched my new store and was looking for some quantity breaks option for my product page to boost conversion. I stumbled upon Rapi. It's very user friendly and customizable plus their customer service is topnotch. Arthur guided me with my questions on setting it up and he knew what was the problem right away.

J'ai mis 5 étoiles pour plusieurs raisons : D'abord Dav et Patrick ont répondu à toutes mes questions et ont été très patients (plus que moi) :-) Grace à eux, on sait que on peut toujours trouver une solution. Merci ! Petite mention spéciale à Arthur qui s'est occupé de la MAJ de la nouvelle version et qui fonctionne à merveille ! Ensuite, l'app est vraiment très cool. La mise en place est assez intuitive, l'ergonomie est très bonne et le fonctionnement semble bon, même si je n'ai encore de recul pour affirmer ça. Il est aussi évident que l'intégration dans des thèmes customisés est plus touchy. De même qu'il faut sans doute bien choisir les produits pour que les bundles soient rentables. La rendre gratuite est un énorme point positif et ça donne envie de découvrir les autres outils. Encore merci !
