Didn’t know what to expect when installing this app, but WOW! This is a game changer for us. We reached out for a custom button embed, and Ahmad embedded the button on our cart page. We wanted to reduce abandoned checkouts. We’ve already gotten several callback requests from the cart page (we know this because Raven tracks the page where the request comes from) and so it’s already helping us prevent abandons. This app is great. It sends me interested leads and I have made extra sales because of it. Service is fast too. I want to update that customer service is wonderful!!!!!!!!!1

Awesome app to help me close more sales. The phone sales channel is key. For my type of product customers love the 1 on 1 conversation before making their purchase. When we're able to call them back right away it earns that trust for my brand and customers are already interested in buying. Conversation rates on my phone calls are amazing.

We use this app to schedule callback for media inquiries. It's great to because we get alerted as soon as someone requests a contact back, and we can dial that person with one tap through the Raven Callback email or messenger alert.

Went above and beyond what any developer should offer for a free app! I wanted to use this widget on a specific page of my site but it isn't coded that way so I used the built-in chat box for the widget and within a few minutes I had the code needed to get it to work. Author is quick to reply and very easy to work with, now I'm going to go check out his other apps! Highly recommended...

This app is a MUST HAVE! for any Shopify store. We've actually replaced our live chat with Raven Callback and have had tremendous success and many customers have commented on their satisfaction of having a call back button. Oh, not mention higher conversions! I'm probably converting half of my callback sales at least. But whats a great app without great customer service. Ahmad has been fantastic in helping us with some coding optimisations for our store, and has gone above and beyond in always answering our questions. Thanks Ahamad, I love this app! Another no Brainer from "How Many Steps Inc." My ave order value is under 1000ZAR. My Average Order Value of Clients I contact on Raven is Above 2000ZAR. That personal touch works like a dream.

LOVE THIS APP! I just installed the app yesterday and today I got my first request for a call. I called her right away and she had some questions and I we discussed leggings and tunic sizes etc and she said she is going to place the order. She was very impressed that a company called her back. This app makes so much sense. It's like a constant lead magnet and just keeps funnelling hot leads directly to my store. Would recommend to any store to use.

Fantastic app with client support to match! The app was easy to set up but we needed customisation to match the look of our website @ www.spiffyspools.com. Customer support was responsive over email and went above and beyond over a few rounds of back and forth to give us exactly what we needed. The app works like a charm. Easy intuitive interface and we have already closed a couple of sales since installation.

Simply put, tremendously valuable. Within the first day of adding Raven, we closed every callback request. Ahmed has been extremely helpful in getting our site optimized and we look forward to seeing what this amazing app can do in our busy season. If you have any high ticket items, there is no reason not to use Raven. Our product pages are very in depth, but when people are spending $500-$1500 online, nothing is more personable and effective than a phone call. Raven makes it easy for customers to request a call and lowers their barrier to personal communication. Thanks Scout Team!

This app is just amazing. I was able to close sales that were supposed to be gone because of this app. Sometimes, the reason why customers are not buying is that they have questions that need to be answered. Sometimes, the answers that you give them can be converted to sales. I was able to close a few thosands of dollars of sales because of this app, and I'm just using the free tier at the moment. This app would also let you have better customer service. Customers can leave their numbers if they have questions or problems with their products, and you can call them back to resolve them. What's also great is that if you're the owner of the store and you're the one talking to the customer over the phone, you are instilling a sense of confidence to them. Get this app! Even on the free tier, it will help. There's no risk to try it out.

I installed Callback request by Raven on a whim because I thought that there needed to be a lower impact call bypass to the standard chat, or email form that didn't give that instant gratification. The products we sell require some explaining, we sell customer paper cups to the Yogurt shop market. So through that process people need to understand, how the cups are made, how to get the logo on there, what the design process is, what the minimums are. Even though you can plaster all of that on a page, our customers prefer the phone. Once we put this on, all of a sudden, 5-10-15 call back requests a day from customers that were interested to learn and listen. This is a newer app, but I'm very glad that it exists, its simplistic and it works. If your brand new and starting out and your looking for your very first selection of apps, and you don't mind picking up the phone, in my opinion this should be one of your first 10 apps.
