I have used this app for about a month now. I spend quite a bit of time checking-out what potential customers do since conversion rate is low. In my books, this is a must app for your online store. As further recommendations I would mention: data reports spanning beyond the 24 hours option available today.

I think it's a very good application. It allows you to see in real time what the customer is watching, what items they have placed in the cart, etc. Furthermore, there is the fun part of watching the customer walk around the store. Very good!

Absolutely great, love being able to see what my clients are looking at in realtime, I get an understanding of what is going on, should I drop a price, should I order more stock. Really really appreciate this app

I love the realtime view of the store - showing what shoppers are doing and what they have in their carts. It's super insightful and helps me with a a more data-driven approach to restocking my products!

Using the free version for now to test it out and even with the limited function it's a great app. I've been trying to find an app that shows abandoned cart activity and everything seems to come up a little short. The design for this one is very clean and easy to read, by far my favorite. The one thing that would make it a 5* app for me would be if it showed the customer name when viewing carts.
Dear Butterfly Reflections - Thank you for your review. Good point on the customer name. Unfortunately, this information is typically not available until the visitor places an order. I have added functionality so that if the customer id is known, a link to the customer is provided in the badge that says "X visits, Y orders". I hope this works better for you? thanks, Peter

Really great app to check visitors and try and keep eye on some robot activity. Many are trying to add large sums to carts. Weed out the bad visitors. Great to see how customers are responding to site. Thank You

This app has the potential to be one of THE must have apps. Hopefully it is a work in progress as with a few tweaks it could be truly spectacular. Great support after a few teething problems.

The Live Tables view of the app is very helpful in understanding what is going on within the shopify store. It fills an important gap that Google Analytics / GA4 couldn’t provide. Tried many different realtime analytics, and this app has a completely different approach and provides valuable insights that others don’t. The app doesn’t appear to add any overhead or cause performance penalty to the storefront. The app is new and has a lot of potential. The insights we gained from using the app is invaluable and answered some questions we had that we couldn’t get from other analytic apps. We don’t need a perfect or flawless app. It is the insight that we are able to obtain from the app that is most important. Peter, who developed the product is actively working on the product, and he is very responsive and receptive to inputs. Peter and the app well deserves understanding and support from the Shopify community.

this is an absolutely bad app that is VERY SLOW and freezes all the times and most importantly IT DOESNT WORK FOR HOURS AND DAYS in many occasions . Support is slow and not very effective in addressing issues. Not recommended

Excellent app that really provides vital information about live customers, their behaviour, movement and cart information. This information is not provided out-of-the-box by Shopify so this app really fills a gap with some very useful information - thanks!
