RealtimeStack : Live Analytics

The app has worked seamlessly! Even better, its accuracy helped me troubleshoot issues on my shopify site that I would have never seen. For example, I knew I had cart abandoners, but they weren't anywhere in my shopify reporting. Low and behold, it was a small shopify setting I had to switch in the checkout. The UX could be improved a bit, as it can take a few clicks to get to the features I want. Either way, this app has saved my butt!

Ive just installed this and loving the app and especially the 3d view. I would say one thing as a new shopify store owner, i dont get a huge amount of people to my shop. It would be great to receive a notification when someone is in my shop so i can actually use the 3d view. At present im staring at an empty shop hoping to see someone come in a look around. Then i work on something else in my mac, come back and someone has been in and out and ive missed it. Just a ding would be great for us new shop owners, so we can quickly pop over and see what they are looking at. I see something similar was mentioned in 2023 and got this response, but nothing has changed, such a shame as this could really excel this app. Realtimestack replied January 6, 2023 "Thank you for your review and for the nice and constructive suggestions! I have used this app for about a month now. I spend quite a bit of time checking-out what potential customers do since conversion rate is low. In my books, this is a must app for your online store. As further recommendations I would mention: data reports spanning beyond the 24 hours option available today.

I think it's a very good application. It allows you to see in real time what the customer is watching, what items they have placed in the cart, etc. Furthermore, there is the fun part of watching the customer walk around the store. Very good!

Absolutely great, love being able to see what my clients are looking at in realtime, I get an understanding of what is going on, should I drop a price, should I order more stock. Really really appreciate this app

I love the realtime view of the store - showing what shoppers are doing and what they have in their carts. It's super insightful and helps me with a a more data-driven approach to restocking my products!

Using the free version for now to test it out and even with the limited function it's a great app. I've been trying to find an app that shows abandoned cart activity and everything seems to come up a little short. The design for this one is very clean and easy to read, by far my favorite. The one thing that would make it a 5* app for me would be if it showed the customer name when viewing carts.

Great app, good support

The Live Tables view of the app is very helpful in understanding what is going on within the shopify store. It fills an important gap that Google Analytics / GA4 couldn’t provide. Tried many different realtime analytics, and this app has a completely different approach and provides valuable insights that others don’t. The app doesn’t appear to add any overhead or cause performance penalty to the storefront. The app is new and has a lot of potential. The insights we gained from using the app is invaluable and answered some questions we had that we couldn’t get from other analytic apps. We don’t need a perfect or flawless app. It is the insight that we are able to obtain from the app that is most important. Peter, who developed the product is actively working on the product, and he is very responsive and receptive to inputs. Peter and the app well deserves understanding and support from the Shopify community.

this is an absolutely bad app that is VERY SLOW and freezes all the times and most importantly IT DOESNT WORK FOR HOURS AND DAYS in many occasions . Support is slow and not very effective in addressing issues. Not recommended

Excellent app that really provides vital information about live customers, their behaviour, movement and cart information. This information is not provided out-of-the-box by Shopify so this app really fills a gap with some very useful information - thanks!

Peter has been super helpful to work with. We worked thru some kinks and it seems to be working pretty well!

I can't say enough about how excellent and helpful this app is for us. It provides us with just the information that we need to analyze what's happening on our website (visits, products viewed, etc.). We love its simplicity of use and the information the app offers is not overwhelming like some other analytic apps which can be hard to interpret and too much information, it is user friendly. Also, it has 'unbeatable' support that responds to problems quickly in a pleasant and personalized manner. I highly recommend that you give this app a try, you'll be glad that you did, really.
