This is a seriously comprehensive product with exceptional support! There's a lot to it and for a while I felt a little overwhelmed. But we'd implemented a very basic setup (when I say "we", they did most of it for me - I got on an activation call, had no idea what I was doing, so they set up a cart to get us started). That alone gave us a return of 3x the cost and I didn't really do anything! Recently I decided to look at what else it could do - there's a LOT! Realised we didn't need to be also paying for a bundling app, so got rid of that to save some money and move it to Rebuy, and watched one of their Office Hours videos for inspiration. It's so helpful to see them show you what's working on other websites and I could instantly see where we could improve. Got to work on it, got stuck... it was the weekend. Contacted them, got a reply on the Sunday! Set up a call the next day and Joseph fixed what I'd got wrong, made sure it worked properly with my custom theme, answered my questions really clearly, showed me some other stuff and completely helped jump-start our progress! Even with a very basic setup, Rebuy has proven that it delivers more than it costs. With what I've just learned from Joshua, it has the potential to do way more. The app is worth every penny. The support is gold dust!

Dan was our support person. We were cutting over to a new website and needed extra hand holding to make sure our shopping cart was properly working with one of our other subscription apps. Rebuy Engine - Deceptive Billing, Broken Agreements, and Merchant Exploitation: Avoid at All Costs Fellow merchants: Steer clear of Rebuy Engine. Their tactics erode trust in the Shopify ecosystem and could cripple your operations. Don't let them exploit you. Full review will be up soon.
