Instant support is fantastic!!
Constant problems. Timers, trust badges and notifications are almost never visible. The settings will change "by itself". It takes days to get even urgent help. I made a report approx. 10 times about the same problems, they always said that they had been fixed. But after a day, the same problems appeared. Really bad experience.

The support team is very responsive, and I highly recommend this seller. Update – May 30, 2026: I had purchased a lifetime plan, but after an update, I was unexpectedly charged as a regular subscription customer. Update – June 20, 2026: I'm happy to report that my plan is now working normally again. The support team helped resolve all the issues caused by the update and provided excellent assistance throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this amazing app for your store.
