Easy to use app at a great price. Also, the customer support is very responsive and helpful! I needed help regarding setup of countdown bar at a customized placement and they were quick to respond for resolution.

The app itself is a little sluggish at loading or syncing new products and sales. The 24hour service team are great, very prompt and sorted out my issues perfectly!

I like the pop ups but they can appear a bit scammy or untrustworthy. Too many pop can make it seem unrealistic. Just feedback I've been given.

It's good until some features stopped working. :/ The sold counter started to appear on our website although it's turned off. There is no way for us to access this feature due to app maintenance etc. This issue affected our conversion, unfortunately. It s a great app overall. I hope it gets fixed asap. Thank you!
