Too expensive, and the bill is not clear. The support team is not helping.

The pop-up notifications are great. They say that its free to use the basic plan. But hidden there is a cost every 1000 USD sold. Very scammy to hide the costs like this for the customers which would make me not recommend this app

Good but there should be an option to not show sold items for newly added products. And all items are not displayed in the settings have to manually refresh multiple times. The sold counter option is very poor and so confusing.

Lamentablemente despues de instalarla lo primero que me pide es que actualice el plan de pago a 4.99usd lo malo es que asi lo haga no me deja entrar a la aplicacion. es una lastima porque la uso en otra de mis tiendas y funciona muy bien pero ahora en mi tienda nueva no la podre usar.

When the app works its good but the problem is that it barely ever loads on my website. It has also slowed down my website. I have reached out to support I still can't get them to respond or help either

Hi Sales Pop Up, I have been using the application however it seems like I am unable to open up the dashboard for some reason? I have requested for support but there was no response.

I turn on the function and set the countdown time, but the countdown didn't show up, will update it once it works.
Countdown timer works according to time zone after setting start and end time. You may need to update time zone from Profile in order to make it work on set schedule. Our support manager will reach out to you to help you correctly set it up. And we hope that you will update your review.

It’s useless, the pop-up window won’t be displayed！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
To show sales popups app needs to be turned on and store must have original orders. Since the app is uninstalled within few minutes, our team is unable to assist. We request you to reinstall and connect with our support team via in-app contact form, they will be glad to assist you.

Shows the same order over and over and links to products that are no longer available (ie: hidden) from public.
We do have both manual and automatic options available to hide all sales notifications of specific products. Our support manager has also reached out to you via email to share more info on this. We hope that you'll update your review after implementing this to reflect your recent experience.

Doesn't work consistently, sometime the popups just don't show up and sometimes the countdown timer is gone.
Well, app was uninstalled within few minutes and we didn't receive any support query so we're unable to identify any issue on the store. To get benefits of our free app, we encourage you to reinstall and share your query with support team. Our support manager is also contacting you to learn more about it as we're willing to help you sort it out so you can start improving your conversion.
