Updated Jul 1st, 2025 Thanks to Grace for the live chat. There was a display issue with the countdown timer feature, but thanks to Grace and the tech team, it was resolved quickly. Sales Pop is by far one of the most useful apps we use - it's incredibly practical and we rely on it often. The fact that we can get real-time support and quick responses is one of the biggest reasons we keep using it. I had some issues with some of my favorite features as the year turned and you fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Thank you. It's a convenient app that directly impacts my sales. Bad customer services. We added only Countdown Timer . Looks ugly in our website then we contacted customer service. Luis`s reply "It might be as exact as our photo because your store theme is different from this theme."
