I had a few issue with the app and need some understanding of using the app. Had a brief chat with the customer service representative and my experience with her was swift, top notch and well satisfactory.

So far so good. I just downloaded the app but customer service responded very quickly which is promising. The app seems easy to navigate as well so lets see how everything goes. Also 4.99 isnt a bad monthly rate
