the only features advertised (coundowns and urgency) aren't actually available and say "coming soon". complete waste of my time and now i have to uninstall and delete all the codes.
1 - Urgency feature is available in our app as Recent Sales Notifications let you create urgency in your store 2 - As shown in the app, Countdown functionality is an upcoming feature and is being launched in the next three weeks If you still need any help in installing or uninstalling our app, please feel free to reach out to our support team as we are always available to assist our users

this app don't work. it wasn't on the menu at first. and then just nothing happens on the site. :(((

not entirely sure how to edit the pop ups and the information regarding how it is done is non existent it may be that it does it automatically but it doesn't even say that, so im just wondering how to change the picture designs to make it more relevant to my site, overall a nice interface though

Leaving a bad review because it forces me to leave one before I even get to use the app. Bad looks when you're tryna rush glooks before taking care of the users using the product :/
We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. It is surprising for us that it is clearly mentioned, leaving a review is optional. We fully comply with Shopify policies and can only request for a review (that's all we ask for a free app) which again is not mandatory to use the app.

just messed up. everything about this app sucks, no options, too many bugs, errors

Began wonderfully. Quit working (???) Support replied to my initial query and no comments after. On my own (evidently) so I removed and re-installed. Nothing shows. I have checked via my phone and had several others check - zip. Highly disappointed and looking for a replacement now. This is exactly why I do not review until some time afterwards.

First of all the pop ups aren't working after I activated them. Second, when I downloaded this app I was logged into my store and as I was setting up I noticed a weird username showing up where my store username should have been. I would click a different settings button and I saw about 3 different store names and owner names and I was INSIDE their private account on this app?!? It made no sense but now I don't trust this app AT ALL.
