This is something beyond the scope of our app. You need to place URL redirect in Shopify admin panel or check with Shopify support to redirect shop.myshopify.com to yourdomain.com in order to sort this out. App displays pop ups by fetching the order data from your store, so product image on popup is not editable. That being said, it's working the way it is designed. The app is designed to show the recent sales notifications however, as you said “random pop-up option” is available if store owner wants to avoid repetition and show different popups. As advertised, countdown features are coming soon and currently available for selected beta users only. That being said, custom popups cannot be added by the users. We encourage you to reinstall the app and also rate us as good as you said .
