This app helps to boost our sales in many ways. The customer service team is always supportive, and gives super quick responses!!
Great for cross selling and boosting the order value on every sale. The customer service / support team is also fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful.
We have used several similar apps, but the bookbinding features and support are the best. Support is quick and generous. Will continue to use this app in the future!

Various cross-sell and up-sell widgets, including recommendation functions, are available, and the AI is excellent. Also, their support is responsive and very helpful!

I'm very pleased with my experience with Wiser. I recently switched from to Wiser from Rebuy, which is a highly regarded app in the community. I find Wiser to be much more polished and more user friendly on the back-end. After installation, a member of Wiser's support team proactively reached out to me with suggestions based on best practices and also implemented several small tweaks to get the perfect look and feel on our site. No regrets! I highly recommend.

The most amazing customers service by Hasti today she got me set up and running in less that half an hour with no pressure to upgrade. I am going to try the FREE version out for a bit and then see about upgrading. With that kind of support I probably will upgrade.

Powerful app and powerful support. I got very attentive onboarding support. I don't know how strong the AI recommendation is yet since it hasn't opened yet, but I have high hopes for it.
We are currently finalizing the implementation of this app and the customer service has been really supportive and always willing to listen to any concern or particular wish, and trying to do every extra steps possible to meet our wishes! Overall the service is really good, following us personally throughout the whole process. The app and AI algorithms are powerful, while also allowing an understandable overview of all widgets, differently from other apps where you are quickly lost among all features.
