Working with Wiser has been a very positive experience for our team. Amit has always been quick to help whenever we’ve had a question, request, or needed support, and he has been great to work with throughout. Communication has always been clear and timely, and we’ve really appreciated how much he seems to care about what is best for our store and its continued growth. That kind of support and attention goes a long way, and it has been greatly appreciated by our team.

I am writing to submit a formal commendation for Prachee for her outstanding support over the past few days. I was dealing with a complex issue that couldn't be solved in a single sitting, and I was deeply impressed by Prachee's dedication. While the fixes took several days to finalize, she never once left me in the dark. She followed up consistently, kept me updated on the progress, and stayed by my side until everything was perfectly resolved. Her patience is remarkable. She is a phenomenal representative of your support team.

I have been helped by Toheeb from Wiser support, he helped me in every little detail to get the desired results for my "Recently Viewed" section. I'm very happy with the service at Wiser, and such a great support. I will definitelly keep using this app because of this, and definitelly use more sections. Nice !

Today i have came to know about the Wiser AI - so i have installed this app for my store's Upsells & Cross Sell. Where Toheeb their customer support executive came to support me and help me to install this app and setting up the Upsell widget for my store. I asked him to make some changes and customization and he did it exactly what i have asked for, now i am hopeful that this will help me to bring more sells on my store. Once Again Toheed thank you so much for all your support.

Toheeb is really patient with the instructions he is handing out. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He also reviews the points being given to him to make sure that we are on the same page. He is very thorough in how he makes me understand how things work on the app.

I’m currently in the process of installing and setting up Wiser for my store, and so far the experience has been great. The app looks very promising and easy to use. I especially want to highlight the support I received from Parachee from the tech team. She was incredibly kind, patient, and effective in guiding me through the setup. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Really appreciate the excellent support—looking forward to fully using Wiser!
