The app features are easy for everyone in the team to use without specific training needed. More importantly, support team response swift and very helpful for fixing immediate bugs. We would definitely recommend this app to all brands!

I used this app for the recommended products on our clients store. We created a visual of how we wanted it to look and they developed it to what we wanted! Kemi who sorted this out for me was great and so quick. Thanks!

Best customer service we have had with a Shopify app! Very fast responses. And when we had a glitch (on my end) with setting up the account, Amit took care of it immediately on his end. I so appreciate him not sending a bunch of articles about what to do. Instead he took care of it quickly. Thank you!

We’ve been using the Wiser app to display personalized product recommendations on our store since the beginning of this year, and the results have been great. We see a lot of shoppers explore more products on our store, ending up making higher-value purchases. The best part we like in this app is their detailed analytics and stats that they show about conversions from recommendations and the type of recommendation widgets they have.

This is a very good app to increase sales and beautify the website, No upfront costs required and you start it withe a click. I am using it since a few months now and they are continuously improving their AI. Keep it up team.

Great app. Generated over £1500 in additional sales in the first month and back-office support is great. They quickly made some customizations for my site which I'm super happy with :)

This app has quickly given a little boost to our sales, and it seems fair that the fee is tied to its usefulness. But as a small business, I think it's a bit on the expensive side - if you have a big business and is making use of more features, especially its AI features, then I guess the price would feel more worthwhile. In general the app is nicely designed, and tho some of the instructions were worded strangely the CS was quick to help. I had an issue with the pricing display and CS also helped to solve our problem with patience.

The only app on the market that allows for easy, intuitive assignment of specific recommendations by product. Every other app out there seems to rely on machine learning or predictive analytics, but our products often have only one or two compatible accessories. Wiser Personalized Recommendations allowed us to embed those add-ons right in the product page itself, leading to an immediate increase in sales. I also can't say enough about the support; we needed to customize certain aspects of the widget for our theme, and the Wiser team came through quickly. Highly recommend!

I needed help in app configuration and Kemi from the support team responded to me promptly and helped me solved the issue right away! I used this app to create customized recommendations. I had some trouble with uploading the CSV but the support I received from the WISER was timely and helpful. They said that they would be available to help anytime in the future should I have problems later.
