I deleted this app (don't need it now, but it has very good functions). On a nice Sunday morning I deleted the codes too, but got some error messages on my store front. I sent a message to the support team and 10 minutes later (on SUNDAY) I receive an answer of Kemi. Kemi solved the problem AND found another error from another app (and solved that too). Best support experience for someone that is not a customer. Thanks for the help Kemi. Amazing support.

Just downloaded the app but support has been excellent helping me set it up! Even doing some slightly none app code related changes for me so that it looks just how I want it to. Everything looks very customizable within the app which I really appreciate! Looking forward to working with it!

Best customer service we have had with a Shopify app! Very fast responses. And when we had a glitch (on my end) with setting up the account, Amit took care of it immediately on his end. I so appreciate him not sending a bunch of articles about what to do. Instead he took care of it quickly. Thank you!

We’ve been using the Wiser app to display personalized product recommendations on our store since the beginning of this year, and the results have been great. We see a lot of shoppers explore more products on our store, ending up making higher-value purchases. The best part we like in this app is their detailed analytics and stats that they show about conversions from recommendations and the type of recommendation widgets they have.

This is a very good app to increase sales and beautify the website, No upfront costs required and you start it withe a click. I am using it since a few months now and they are continuously improving their AI. Keep it up team.

Great app. Generated over £1500 in additional sales in the first month and back-office support is great. They quickly made some customizations for my site which I'm super happy with :)

This app has quickly given a little boost to our sales, and it seems fair that the fee is tied to its usefulness. But as a small business, I think it's a bit on the expensive side - if you have a big business and is making use of more features, especially its AI features, then I guess the price would feel more worthwhile. In general the app is nicely designed, and tho some of the instructions were worded strangely the CS was quick to help. I had an issue with the pricing display and CS also helped to solve our problem with patience.
