The Wiser app is an absolute game-changer for Shopify stores! Its ease of use and intuitive interface make it a breeze to set up and customize. It offers powerful features that Shopify's native Search and Discover can't do. What makes Wiser even more exceptional is their customer support team. Huge shoutout to Toheeb for being the BEST support representative- super helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and assisted with my setup. I found the app quite easy to navigate and integrate but then had a pop up chat that helped me refine my offering, which was amazing!

Great app and not least a very helpful team that is ready to help when needed. This app has my highest recommendations. The only downside is that it has not been translated into Danish yet, but you can sit down and translate the individual main texts yourself without much difficulty.

These guys are simply THE BEST. Exceptional support team that went above and beyond to make sure my use=case of their app was working flawlessly and was pixel-perfect on my website. This app has been great! The representatives have been very helpful through the install process and afterwards. They are quick to respond and knowledgeable on any questions that I have had. Customers are loving the suggestions that the upsells are providing too! We definitely recommend!

Der Kunden Support hat mir super schnell geholfen, ein dickes Lob dafür besonders an Toheeb. Ich bin noch ziemlich am Anfang und der Erfolg der Empfehlungen von Wiser bleibt abzuwarten. Die Funktion ist jedoch tadellos und es sieht toll aus in meinem Shop!

Just installed the app, and I’m loving it so far! Customer service has been super responsive, and the app does exactly what I need. It's also easy to use. One feature that would make it even better is the ability to link collections so they auto-update, instead of manually adjusting recommended products.

So far, so good. The Wiser app has, so far, paid for itself. We have added more sales than the cost of the app each month. Easy setup, helpful staff when something needs to be handled, and the AI recommendations for the customer have all been very helpful and adjust themselves.
