Great app and great support via chat or via scheduled phone calls. We had very specific feature requests, they listened, understood and delivered. Their recommendation system is top-notch and works perfectly with Shopify Markets (we have multiple currencies and almost 50 configured different markets on Shopify!) and Multi-language stores like ours. 5/5 - I'd definitely recommend.

We’ve been using Wiser for quite some time now and have had a very positive experience with it. The app has helped us improve product discovery and generate additional revenue through personalized recommendations and upsell placements. For our store, product page recommendations and post-purchase upsells have performed especially well. Wiser’s case study on Wooden Ships showed over $48.5K in Wiser-generated sales, with more than $37.6K from product page recommendations and over $10.4K from post-purchase upsells, which reflects the kind of impact these placements can have when set up properly. We also like that the dashboard makes it easier to understand where the revenue is coming from, so it is not just about adding widgets blindly. It helps us see which placements are working and where there is still room to grow. Overall, Wiser has been a useful tool for increasing AOV and making better use of existing traffic. It has been a good addition to our Shopify store.

After adding the app I had a few questions and was offered by customer support to set this all up for me so I can get started right away! I received the best customer service support with the staff and the quickest response. I feel this app will help us increase sales and found that using the manual recommended tab best suits our needs! This is the best support I've received in comparison to any other apps I have added to our site on Shopify! Thank You Team!

I need it to set up manual recommendation in product pages and it worked perfectly. I can show/hide the "add to cart button" (which other plugins just show and don't allow you to hide) and if some products don't have handpicked recommendations you can set up a "fallback". The support is fast and efficient. Great experience!

An incredibly powerful app, with multiple applications. I'd suggest working closely with their support team to select the best widgets for your business. We worked with Prachee and Shantanu who were refreshingly proactive and reactive. They helped us understand the potential and made the whole process simple and quick. Highly recommend.

We had some issues and the app didn't load on the backend. Some minor tweaks and the issue was fixed. I appreciate the good customer service! I do find it takes an hour after a customer places an order when there's an upsell option and we can't fulfill the order until that time passes. It was disrupting our order process flow. I've disabled this feature, and it seems to be working smoothly again.

Exceptional. the Service is perfect !! the APP is very nice and easy to customize as well. Prachee was helping me throughout the entire process, i was late in replying yet she continued waiting and fixing all points. 10/10
