Support is quick and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.
We've been using Wiser on our Shopify store and it's been a game-changer for boosting upsells and cross-sells across our website. As a brand with a wide product range, we needed a smart recommendation engine—and Wiser delivered. Key Features We Loved: Personalized Recommendations – It automatically shows “Related Products,” “Frequently Bought Together,” and “Recently Viewed Items” based on customer behavior. Custom Placement – You can place widgets on homepage, product pages, cart page, or anywhere using Shopify sections. AI-Powered Engine – Recommendations get smarter over time, helping increase AOV without any manual input. In-Depth Analytics – You can see how much revenue is driven directly by Wiser’s recommendations. Ease of Use: The app is incredibly intuitive. Installation was fast and the support team helped us fine-tune placements to match our theme perfectly. The admin dashboard is clean and provides great insights. Support: Their customer support team is responsive and hands-on. They even helped us customize the design of our widgets to match our branding.
My experience with the support team — especially Toheeb — has been absolutely amazing. I'm not a tech expert, and I often struggle to get the most out of new apps. But thanks to Toheeb’s patient and knowledgeable support, I not only got the app set up correctly but now fully understand its potential. If it weren’t for his help, I probably wouldn’t have kept the app installed — but after today, I can confidently say this is one of the best apps on Shopify for boosting sales and increasing AOV. I’ll be recommending it to all my fellow eCommerce business owners here in Australia. Highly recommend — easily one of the top-performing apps on the platform!

Highly Recommend this app to all. Great features on the free tier and affordable pricing on subsequent tiers. Feature rich and highly intuitive. Customer service is top notch. Had some problems with app features but Ankit reached out and booked a Google meet and took care of all my issues. Most apps do not take their service to that level but Wiser does. I'm very happy with the look and functionality of the app and the service is what made me keep it. Don't hesitate to install this app.
