big ole 5 star for you guys bcz the profits be roooooolllling in!! maaan the money ive made from abandoned cart recovery is like selling shovels during a god dang gold rush. I have so much love and respect the developers of this gem of an app bcz man my pockets keep chachinging like a sale on sliced bread. y'all deserve a big pat on the back bcz mannnnn the sales be piling up the dang toyotathon down on main street. big blessed much love and support the troops. love you

Fantastic app. Easy to design the e-mails, and choose how many e-mails you send, and, when you send them. Would love some more features with tweaking graphics but overall I'm super happy and we're seeing people return to complete abandoned sales.

At first it worked well and then none was recovered. I doubt that if the emails were delivered successfully. I tried to contact the team and never got response! I have decided to delete the app.

This app does a great job at sending 3 follow up emails to abandoned cart users. It's basically a big upgrade from the one that Shopify offers.

The app stopped working and there's no way to contact support. The email gets returned and their website offers no options. We used to love it before that. I hope it can get fixed.

I've been using this for a few months now...no glitches and it has recouped over $300 already. I can't comment on support because I haven't needed any, how great is that?!

The good: Very nice and easy to use interface. Very well thought out settings. So why 2 stars...? The email delivery rate is well below acceptable levels. all emails were set with a bcc and I have found non-delivery issues daily. The proof is in the stats- in the 30 days I had switched from the basic Shopify cart abandonment, my recovery rate went from 14% to 9%. Too bad- because the email look cleaner and have the ability to try to recover with more than one email would be nice.

This app has helped me recovered hundreds of dollars with the abandoned cart. I'm a new business--not even a year old yet--and each dollar recovered helps towards my bottomline. It helped pushed my abandoned cart recovery up to as much as 7% last month! I need to tweak my email some more but right now it's giving me great results!

Handy little app. Helps streamline abandoned cart and exit recovery. Not sure how accurate totals are as there appear to be double ups in my exit intent lists but other than that I can't fault it.
