I use this app to help customise our abandoned carts and we are impressed with its ease of use and fantastic features !

Finally a recovery app that is simple to use and looks great. Love that you can try out all the features for free first, after you pay a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Very impressive application to lead the abandoned recovery effort. The results were real and consistent shortly after the installation. Customer Support excellent. The application perform as described. A must have app on your ecommerce strategy.

App has been fantastic. We use the Shopify integrated capability to send the first cart reminder a few hours after abandonment and then this app for the 2nd and 3rd attempts (coupon at 2 and 3). Thanks for great app!

We used this App to help with a high abandoned cart rate. Within the first two weeks we have recovered ~$600 in orders, which is a huge ROI considering the monthly cost.

At the beggining, I had some issues with the app and the support team knew how to solve the problem. The app is working properly now. I recommend this app!

Awesome App. they should separate persistent cart & Exit intent from this, so to not put a load of monthly fees to someone who only need abandon cart email.

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I had one abandoned cart today about 3 hours ago and the dashboard for this app never refreshed to show any orders at all even though the email address was listed in my own admin.

Very Easy to use and Utilize, however its hard to swallow for a company who does not desire to spend on many apps when opening a shopify account

Topping all other cart recovery apps by a mile. And it's FREE!! Shappo! Improvement suggestion for the developer: Add Inboxing ratio and email click rate stats. Would be greatly appreciated!!! ♥

Was excited about this app and spent a few hours getting the cart recovery email set up. Next day, it had reset itself and we had to do it again. Also couldn't import past abandoned carts. Emailed support and they asked for more info which we provided the next day, but haven't heard anything in the 11 days since except the auto-close ticket. The app has reset itself again and we now have the email template for "RTX BOX acessórios" instead of our own. So we've now wasted 5-6 hours in total, have had zero emails sent, and getting nada from support. Hard to think of any redeeming features with this app unless you like frustration and wasting your time.

So far its a great app. It sends out automated emails to abandoned carts, which has been successful thus far. A feature I would like to see implemented is analytics. A section that shows how much abandoned carts the app has recovered and how much money it generated. Once a week email isnt enough. Other than that the app is great.
