App is constantly sending out emails after a customer orders some times days after so they are demanding a discount after order has already shipped. Emailed them for support and never heard back from them. Also counts every email sent as recovered even if the customer orders with out leaving the site or before the first email is sent. stats are nowhere near accurate. UDATE : APRIL 7th This app is continually sending out email to customers that have already purchased. It just sent out 34 emails at once some to non customers, but some to customers who already converted. now I get the fun task of talking those customers who now have a coupon code they didn't get to use off a ledge... GET YOUR APP FIXED OR I WILL HAVE TO FIND ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS PROPERLY

I'm very happy with this app! It was very easy to customize the design so it looks like it comes from our company. It really looks nice and polished, and automatically adding the products that were in the cart makes it easy for the customer to transact. We have been getting a lot of recovered carts that completely make the monthly fee more than worth it.

Since installing this app, it has helped me recover $66 from 2 abandoned carts! This app really works and will bring sales to your store on your behalf! It does all of the work for you!

I've recovered about $1300 over the past year. Works unobtrusively in the background. Set and forget. Worth the price. The performance reports are not as rich as they used to be, but not a big deal.

I have been using this app for sometime and it definitely provides benefits over the standard abandoned cart functionality within Shopify. Support team is responsive to issues, but the UI to change the message format is somewhat limited.

stopped working and hasn't sent our emails for months. can't get intouch with anyone from support.

Great and easy to use! Paid for itself very fast and has given me around a 20% success rate with its emails, resulting in around 7% of my revenue since installation!

Genius. New Zealand ingenuity strikes again. I had a high rate of abandoned carts with 0% recovery rate through Shopify - since I have installed this app my recovery rate has jumped to 21%. Don't hesitate with this app, definitely worth purchasing - it pays for itself!

Very simple, but very effective. We offer a discount within the email but most customers don't bother using it.

I liked the simplicity of the app, the elegant look of the email, the option of sending letters in 24 and 48 hours - the first as a reminder, the second with a discount. And the effect: 8,5% of abandoned checkouts are now restored by the customers!

Does what it says on the tin. You have the option of sending 2 timed emails and can customise the email templates to how you want them. The interface is clean and you have full control about whether an email is sent or not - useful since the app pulls in very recent abandoned carts and schedules cart recovery emails for them. Had it installed on my working store for less than 24 hours and recovered a cart already. Worth the money, especially when combined with the Persistent Cart app.

Really nice app, never had any problems. Emails are easy to set up and look beautiful. Have recovered carts of over $4000 in the past 2 months.
