I just installed it, and was checking it out. Almost immediately i get a whatsapp from someone from India checking on me and my installation. I'm all for support but this is a little too intrusive. I'm not even asking for help and trying to see if it's something I want. I didn't sign up for whatsapp communication.

I have just installed the Casa Subscriptions App to my store, it is really easy to navigate and it takes you through the process to install. If you have any problems, they are easy to email and you can go through your set up on Google Meet. They are very helpful and run through your settings to make sure everything is set up ready to go! Definitely recommend this App.

Easy set up and I had a customer service rep reach out to me to assist with the set up. The set up of the app was easy enough for me to walk through by myself, but she was able to check out my work and provide feedback.

Found this app today and I reached out to support Bobby, who where on the chat very fast. He came on right away and made sure that the app was doing what I need. I highly recommend this is the app to try out!!

I LOVE THE SUPPORT ON THIS APP!! they were very patient guided me through an online call and explained everything i needed to know as far as navigating the app. after the call i literally had zero questions and was able to jump right in!!

I just installed this app so that I can build a subscription based model for my shopify business! The customer service from Casa was walking me through a step by step process to set up the subscription on my shopify store. He was super helpful in helping me to understand how a subscription service would work and getting it installed properly. This is a great option to add to your shopify store. Shubhankar, their customer service rep made this an incredibly smooth experience and would encourage other users to download this app as well!

So far its good! To set up you must finish all steps. On step 3 click the first button and cut on the app. Then i went back and click start selling and i was in the dashboard. The chat reps are great, knowledgeable and ready to help!

Walked me through setting up the app on my store so that we can now use time-boxed subscriptions for our products. Hopped on a google call to show me how to do it. Installation was seamless.

I was having some trouble setting up a subscription service for my online store (completely user error). I jumped on the support chat and was taken care of right away. The tech was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend giving Casa subscriptions a try first.
