In my case it was Larisa who attended me, she went beyond what you would expect to resolve my issue, so my rating is 5, I cannot talk a lot about the app since I just have downloaded it, but customer success team, pretty good.

Many questions are answered and JC answers most questions. We are thankful for all your help. But some are still under investigation with uncertain results. Hope the app can be better and better for use in the future.

Would definitely recommend Referral Candy so far. Set-up was very easy and upon having my first question, I simply used the chat support and got my question answered immediately. Innah with the support team was very helpful!

We use RC since around 18 month. After the initial setup it pretty much runs in the background. The neat Klaviyo integration and multi lingual setup possibility are a big plus. Generally very happy, also with the support team and our key account manager Irene.
