Helped me understand the new program and your team on the chat box have been super supporting me to set it up. Glad I chose to stay working with you, seamless. I recently added the app to my shopify store. I'm a bit technically challenged and the team really helped me. I have used the chat box several times setting up and they are super quick to respond and help me. Katherine in particular was fantastic and even did a backend check to offer some tips to help me improve my set up. I will be back for help with the Klaviyo integration and cannot wait to see the impact of this fantastic app.

When I had issue figuring out how to send the link to past customers Katherine helped out by providing the necessary articles. Then she gave helpful feedback on my campaign and how to make it better. JC was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions. The app is great I set the entire app up in under 30 minutes and tested it. All the questions I had were immediately answered via their live chat. I highly recommend + customer service is great. App is very clean and it seems like it is marketing-driven VS just an app that doesn't have much marketing drive. I think the developers of the app want you to have viral referral campaigns as it's a win-win compared to other affiliate apps which are not really prioritizing the success of the affiliate program. 5/5 stars

Referral Candy is very sophisticated, yet very easy to set up and use it. Also, Lorraine was very helpful from the support side. We also had the please of being assisted by Jessa, who was very responsive and quick to find a solution to our needs. Great support!
