We are excited to try out the app and had a number of questions, their customer service team was very helpful in answering them promptly and accurate. just getting set up, it's pretty easy to use but i had a few questions, even on the chat support, super quick - Lorraine is a superhero

5* so far. The customer support team are very quick to respond and are very helpful. I am going through the activation session now, fingers crossed everything goes smoothy.

I installed the app yesterday and today JC reached via chat to ask if I had any question we jumped on a zoom call right away and he helped me answer all my questions regarding Referral Candy and integration with Klavyio and Shopify! this app seems terrific and great customer service experience!

We're just getting started with this app, but already seeing a meaningful impact and daily uptick in referrals. The support team— Jon & Cris— were incredibly helpful in getting our program up and running. I can't wait to see what comes of it for our brand!

I've used this app for 3 businesses now, all on the ReCharge platform. It's best in class for that use case. My most recent experience had a challenge with integrations but JC and Jon were top-notch/10-out-of-10 in helping resolve the issue and get us cranking!

Jelson was very helpful with his friendly and swift responses! Would be handy if the referral program could be temporarily deactivated within the app however given how efficient the customer service was it's not too big a drama.

I am writing this review for the recent experience I had with Jessa. I needed additional info for one of our customers, and she was very quick with her help. Provided me with the best course of action for the situation moving forward. It's rare to find a company with a very responsive and helpful support live chat.

The site is a little difficult to understand but Jon from the CS team was super helpful in answering all my questions.
