App works really well and very easy to set up. Jon gave us some help on the fraud protection side which was very reassuring and seems to work well to protect the seller.

Super impressed with the customer service. I sent a question and within minutes Karen had an answer. She ended up working with me for over an hour! Answering all sorts of questions about colors and functions. She helped to customize the app to fit my need. Karen actually just made the changes for me! Wow, I have never experienced such top notch help. I was debating whether to go with Referral Candy because of the price... You definitely get what you pay for!

I haven't published my referral program yet, but I can say the user interface is easy to use. Also, Referral Candy has a great, very efficient, reactive and friendly user support! Thanks!

Just started using the app, and so far very excited about it, but I can't speak too much to its use yet since we just started using it. I had a small issue the first day when setting it up, but Derek from the Referral Candy team was very helpful and attentive. Thanks, Derek! Another issue came up and I had a question about integration with the app and Tom was super helpful & quick to respond. Thank you, Tom!

Great app, but more importantly EXCELLENT customer service. Derek has been helping me for months, helped migrate my store from WooCommerce to Shopify, and has been excellent all around!

Dwight was super helpful. Jumped on a call when we were trying to work out some integration issues. Was honestly starting to look at other programs, but definitely with the right company, able to do exactly as we wanted.

Referral Candy has been a fantastic app.I have had it in use for 12 months now and the platform is very easy to use, plus it really has helped my business. I love seeing the large number of shares on Facebook from people in the program [I think it was 350 shares this month], and the converted sales. Word of mouth for my business helps enormously, and Referral Candy make it very easy. It's totally worth the investment in my eyes. Thanks to Karen for recently help make an adjustment to my program also : )
