I reached out to Derek on the messenger bot on Referral Candy, and he not only answered all of my questions, but went above and beyond to show me screenshots, videos and tips on how to optimize referrals. He was a tremendous help in giving me detailed examples of how to specifically complete each task I needed help with. Extremely grateful for his support.

Very user-friendly interface. Simple to set up and get going while still deep enough to provide customizable options. Lorraine was super helpful and helped me figure out a way to do what I needed. Highly recommend if considering and it fits your needs.

Our customer success manager Derek was amazing. We had been running a discount based reward campaign that we set up ourselves for a short time and we weren’t seeing great results do to the one-time purchase nature of our products. Derek reached out, offered his help, provided excellent suggestions and diligently walked us through the entire creation of a new cash based rewards campaign, answering tons of questions along the way. We look forward to seeing the result of these changes but either way Derek was great a great help!

The setup of a referral campaign is relatively intuitive. However, I needed help to understand how I could format the text for the email, landing page etc. Derek in the chat support did a great job in assisting me with this! Thank you!
