Just getting started with the app. Reached out for support and Tippy was extremely helpful in getting my campaign to be customer presentable. He went beyond my immediate questions to give my campaign a better look. Was very patient and helpful.

I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time. Looking forward to trying this app. Chatted with their agent, Tippy, who was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all the features. He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers... Seems like a straightforward tool!

Derek was awesome in helping explain the app. We will most likely install but as we grow there are some limitations that will make it obsolete and cumbersome for us.

Been trying it for the first time. There are some limitations to be improved, but overall, it does the job. Their support, however, blows my mind. Jon from ReferralCandy has been amazing!

Great support from Jon. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great app for building referrals. Easy to set-up and deploy. Hoping to see enhancements that allow you to exclude or include specific products or collections to avoid exposing merchants to double dipping of discounts (25% promotion turns into a 40%+ promotion).

Tippy did an excellent job at customer service. I had some issues and had them resolved. We haven't gotten a referral yet through the app but hope to have one soon.

La aplicación cumple con lo estipulado, sin embargo tiene sus limitaciones. Las traducciones al español deben realizarse manualmente. Sería la mejor app de referido si pudiera tener opciones como dar un descuento o dinero x a la persona que refiere a un amigo en la primera compra que dicho amigo realice y luego ofrecer otro tipo de descuento o dinero por las siguientes compras que realice el amigo referido. Ejemplo: 1ª compra 10% y desde la segunda compra en adelante 5%. El precio de la app es aceptable en comparación con otras app, como smile, que te cobran segun las caracteristicas del programa que quieras usar. ReferralCandy ofrece todas estas características a un precio único y asequible. El servicio posventa es excelente y Raul a estado muy pendiente a mis necesidades. Gracias por todo.

This app is great but is missing one thing, in my opinion, to be AWESOME. I wish Referral Candy would allow me to see the unique code that gets sent out to my customers. There have been times where customers would lose their email and require it to be sent out again. There is no option to send them another new one and void the old one or send them a copy of the code already sent to them. Hats off to TIPPY who has been here for my business time after time with quick and efficient solutions! He deserves 5 stars alone.

The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.

we are just getting started with referral Candy, so I am not sure how we like the functionality yet, but the support has been first rate. Derek was happy to get on a screen share with me to walk me through the basic setup and help us get it launched. very helpful and quick to respond.
