I must say that you need to be quite technical to complete the setup yourself. However, I get step-by-step support from Charlie, and he is patient, problem-solving, and has a nice tone. So, 10 out of 10 stars for customer support! I am still in the set up stage, however I hope all the work will be worth it :)

I had the pleasure of working with Riz (Lariza). As a new user of ReferralCandy, I had a bunch of questions — even some silly ones, lol. Riz was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. She even went above and beyond by inviting a technical specialist to our demo call to help with the integration, since I’m not a tech person.

Quick setup, professional templates and flexible rewards make this a great value referral app. Analytics could be stronger and mobile interface needs work, but the ROI is excellent for small/mid-sized businesses without development resources. Jessa was super helpful!

I have had a great experience with the product. The support team was quick to respond and help with all the doubts beyond the assigned time as well. I spoke to Roj and he was extremely polite and very helpful even after the designated time. Helped me with the documentation needed for our store.

Wir nutzen das Referral Candy seit ein paar Tagen. Das Erstellen einer Kampagne und Emails war soweit einfach machbar. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage, die sehr schnell von Jessa überprüft und beantwortet wurde. Toll, dass man sich auf den Kundenservice verlassen kann.
