Their customer service is great! Tippy patiently walked me through all of the steps to fully optimize the app for our store. I would give Tippy 10 stars if I could.

I signed up for the free trial, and thought it was very easy to use and was able to get it up and running so quickly. I had some questions and Jon got in contact with me so quickly and has continued as I have had further questions. It has been a great customer service experience.

This company has GREAT customer service, which is important because you really don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to something as important as a customer referral program. Our support person, Tippy, is super dedicated, he responds within 1-3 minutes normally (which is fantastic), he even met with me via Google Meet during his lunch break to go over the settings on our page. Could not be happier with their performance so far. We will update this review as we get more acquainted with the company, but so far they're excellent.

We just migrated our Referral Candy program over to Shopify from another platform and Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He literally made it seamless for us, and was always quick to reply if we had any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend! Update: We've been using RC for several years on auto-pilot but I wanted to make better use of it so I wrote in for help. Katherine was AMAZING! The customer service for this app is amazing! They walked me through how to get better website placement for the app and create a call to action. Tippy in customer service also was very helpful in informing me how to get the best use of the app for my business!
