Just installed and seems very powerful and easy to use. Good and helpful support as well. Quick and customizable.

We haven't launched yet, but so far the customer support we've received from Karen has been excellent.

We are just starting to use this app so we are still learning. I emailed them for help and Jon answered right away. Excellent customer service! You can tell they really care :)

I used this app because my customers were already spreading out the world about my products so offering a referral program was logical to me. I tried other apps and none of them were PERFECTLY how I wanted. Well now with Referral Candy (and S loyalty combined). I have the perfect system in place. My customers love it and most important use it. It drives me a lot of business since I implemented it on my store.

Derek in support was really helpful in walking us through the program. We use our referral program selectively which makes it manageable. Easy to use interface, and less time consuming than other referral platforms we have tried.

I had Tomas assisted me in investigating a referral code which will not activate upon application. He walked me through the possible causes and we found the root of the problem in one chat. I tried literally every subscription app on Shopify that is available in the app store and found out that Referral Candy was the best of all. Mainly because they have a clean and easy interface and is fully translatable in Dutch. Apart from this, support (in my case Derek) helped me out fast where needed. Thanks for this Derek!
