Derek from Referral Candy went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems I was having when customizing my referral program. He was so patient and really explained all of my questions in simple detail so that I could understand what was going on. I can't recommend them enough!

The app is very easy to use and does help to increase checkouts on your site. It is a nice way to increase sales as opposed to standard discounts and coupons. The support is also very responsive and accessible. Tippy has been a huge help!

I have used this and it is Amazing! the support team is great especially pink chicken who was ever so helpful as to talk me through the process and figure out what i needed to do. I highly recommend you reading this to get referral candy.

I have been working with the RC team now for about the past 7 months and their support team has been nothing but stellar. I have worked with Tippy numerous times and he has answered all the questions I have ever asked in a timely and informative fashion. He even takes the time to take an unscheduled call! Good stuff!
