Great app and customer service! Easy to use and works great!

ReferralCandy has def met and exceeded our expectations of what it can do and how easy it is to use. Plus customer service is off the charts. We had a small issue and their rep Edmund was fantastic—handled our issue like a champ in no time!

This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. The support (from Tomas in particular) has been outstanding - we had some questions related to branding and styling and they were addressed extremely well by Tomas. Great referral service. We've been using it for just over a month now $6500 revenue through referral. I assume that revenue should increase overtime since it seems to take time for referral to get spread out among all customers. Support was prompt and responsive. Overall great app.

Great support and easy to use app

We use this app on our medium sized ecommerce website. It does a good job for us. Edmund from ReferralCandy support reached out to me and asked if her can help us improve the performance and was able to provide me with a list of things we can do. Support is very easy to reach and they are happy to help.

best referral app - have tried them all!

I just got off the phone with a support rep named Karen and am literally switching my referral program from another one (ALMOST) solely based on the level of support. These referral programs are a little intimidating to get setup, as you want to make sure everything is good before going after affiliates, and Karen went over and beyond to explain and walk me through how everything would work. Had it not been for the call, I probably would have just played it safe and stayed with my existing service because I didn't want to have to "figure out" how to set everything up again. 5-Stars! Definitely looking forward to getting into the service and seeing the benefits!

ReferralCandy has generated so many incremental sales for us! The customer service is also super responsive and has been such a pleasure to work with. We don't have to create tickets and instead can email our rep directly. It's a wonderful thing.

John was amazing to work with! We had some issues with set up - which I think in part ended up being on my end with my computer - but, he stayed with me every step of the way until it was resolved! I'm looking forward to seeing this app in action!
