Katherine worked diligently with me to solve several major issues. Referral Candy is absolutely wonderful. It does have many layers and sometimes may not be a genuine "out of the box" solution. But their customer support is always eager to help. I was frustrated several times but Katherine always kept me informed every step and I am grateful for her help as I was tempted to leave the platform several times. Glad I stayed as it really is a solid experience.

I used a lot of referrl plugins, and the others didn't meet my needs, although I encountered some difficulties in the middle, but with the help of Irene, I managed to solve them

In my case it was Larisa who attended me, she went beyond what you would expect to resolve my issue, so my rating is 5, I cannot talk a lot about the app since I just have downloaded it, but customer success team, pretty good.

Riz was absolutely fantastic! She solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Referral Candy so far. Set-up was very easy and upon having my first question, I simply used the chat support and got my question answered immediately. Innah with the support team was very helpful!

We use RC since around 18 month. After the initial setup it pretty much runs in the background. The neat Klaviyo integration and multi lingual setup possibility are a big plus. Generally very happy, also with the support team and our key account manager Irene.
