We had some issues with a person referring themself, but after talking with Tippy we were able to resolve the issue. Still unsure if this app is right for us, but customer service is good.

I have added this add with the plans on using it for customers as well as an affiliate program. The assistance from referral candy was fantastic, quick and they've helped me with all my questions. excited to get it up and running.

They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses. The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.

Lorraine was very quick to respond and tentative. She reached out to the ReferralCandy engineers and found a solution quickly. Great customer support! The stand alone app itself (not the Shopify app, but actual app) is always improving but has room for growth (hints 4 stars)

The app is pretty good, although can be a bit buggy. The customer service is wonderful, I spoke with Lorraine and she figured out the bugs I was dealing with

Quite intuitive, best referral app out there. For the part that's not intuitive (enough), there is excellent customer service over the app.

Update: Referral Candy has resolved my issue and I am happy with the outcome. Original Review: Extremely inconsiderate customer service. Stuck paying for a useless app. I will NEVER recommend Referral Candy to anyone. Try Friend Buy instead because their service is top notch.

ReferralCandy is the perfect reward.referral interface to compliment Shopify and easy to use if all your business is run through Shopify. However, if you business resides on multiple platforms, then fortunately ReferralCandy has APIs that you can interface with. The APIs are well documented for the responses but a little weak on what is expected in terms of requests, but the good news is they have a great support team that is willing to help and responds within the day.

We began using Referral Candy and so far are happy with the app. Set up is pretty simple and I find the UI to be intuitive and easy. We haven't seen a huge impact to sales yet, but we've just soft launched, so am hopeful this will pick up once we begin promotion in earnest. Just want to say that where Referral Candy team has shined the most for me is with customer service. Benz in particular has been a HUGE help, and responded almost immediately to any and all inquires I've had regarding set-up and use of the app.

Great app - thanks, although we found we could not delet a logo we had wrongly added to the Portal Access page. I thought Adam Tolliday was a first class support consultant - he worked very hard to answer all questions, and resolve all issues we raised. Thanks!

Karen has been an awesome rep. She is very responsive and helpful. My only complaint with RC is that the only payment option is paypal. That is very limiting for a lot of customers. Please add more payment options!

I just started using this app and had a few questions during the set up process. John from support was very helpful and quickly resolved the issues I was having. I also appreciate the emails they send out with suggestions and case studies to help you set up your referral program for success. Happy so far with this app.

Automated, largely set-and-forget it programs are great when they work, and this has. The only downside is that we still experience a low amount of fraud that doesn't get flagged. Nonetheless, the overall ROI and experience has been quite positive. Support has been responsive, too.

I have been working with Ferry at Referral Candy for over a month now. He has been excellent to communicate with. I always have prompt responses from the team at Referral Candy. They are really interested in helping you have the best referral program you can have.

Thank you for making a great referral app RC! I like that I can create different programs for referral; and ultimately that you make many different pay back options to our customers who are sharing the love. Referral Candy makes it easy to share the love back to our customers! Bella Materna loves Referral Candy. Missing a star because I have to pay through Pay Pal. Just want it on my Shopify invoice or direct...
