The Refersion team has been phenomenal. Their platform makes affiliate setup straightforward, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support I received from John. He went above and beyond, personally curating a list of affiliate matches aligned with our brand and providing proactive, thoughtful guidance through every step. Keith has been wonderful to work with while our Refersion account has been experiencing some tracking link syncing issues. He has been incredibly responsive, eager to help, and provides instructions in a clear, easy-to-follow way. I ran into an issue where my test order wasn’t tracking correctly in Refersion. John quickly identified the problem, explained why it happened, and even ran a test order himself to confirm everything was working properly.
