Refersion Affiliate Marketing

We needed an affiliate marketing app that could work for our use case as well, which is for our own internal employees being our brand ambassadors. We needed a program that is easy to setup affiliates even though they are not "affiliates" and be able to auto approve them without a confirmation email. This program does that and allows a flexible commission program to be setup. Only things I wish it has was scheduling recurring reports to run at a specified time. Currently they trigger at UTC midnight. I would like it if we could specify when the reports run. Also wish there was a "managers" login to view all the reports for the activity. Giving people full access to the app and all the settings is not ideal for affiliate managers. All in all, highly recommend. Hopeful for these enhancements to be added.

So far so good. Set up was straight forward and thorough, and Andre logged into my Shopify and completed then double checked my setup jus to make sure. That's not common with other Shopify apps I have used.

Nick is an absolute legend! Talked me through everything giving me a clear mind on how to do everything!

Refersion is outstanding! The app has great features but as importantly the support that Nick and his fellow team members provide is first class. Highly Recommended!

Had the most amazing experience again with Jadah! She is so quick to respond and had a solution for my issue instantly! Thank you so much. Refersion truly has the best customer service! Thanks! Monique from Doll 10 Beauty

Works great and support skimlinks. Best part is that they were able to give me SPF AND DKIM compliance for my emails so I can keep my DMARC domain policy strict. Excellent support -- Thanks!!

Nick assisted me in completing a Test Order and Testing the Referral Link. He completed the test quickly and efficiently. Thanks Nick!

Nick provided excellent, fast service. A very straight forward program, easy to get up and running quickly. Looking forward in using more in the coming weeks.

I use Shopify and the setup was very easy and straightforward. Thanks for the great help Andre. Look forward to using.

Andre was great and did everything I needed quickly and smoothly!! I was so confused and he helped me right away.

Awesome. Very quick response and the problem was solved. Base on my experience so far, i'd recommend Refersion to others.

Refersion has an excellent team that has helped our brand. Their customer service team has provided great support as well when needed.

Really happy with the team at Refersion. Olivier, Andre and Erik have been super helpful and supportive to get things up and running. I love how I can integrate with Klaviyo and automate my affliate marketing with email flows. I've already had customers sign up using the Post Purchase channel. Thanks guys!

I needed some help regarding a Refersion affiliate and Andre was ON IT! He handled the issue very quickly and his communication was great. He deserves a raise, he's a keeper!

Great app and great customer support. They really help you get set up and integrated with other apps and software. My support tech Nick was super helpful and went out of his way to make it go right so everything was working properly. Already seeing tons of affiliates signing up and gaining traffic.

i have found and am continuing to find the refersion app a great addition to my store and i find the learning material sto implement alongside the free webinar and chat offers great. Am excited to see the power of affiliate marketing and want to thank nick for the help with my questions and quick customer service.

This app gave me the capability to stop manually tracking my affiliate code orders and automate more of my business! Big thanks to Nick for giving me constant support through the live chat! Very helpful and professional.

Andre from Refersion was amazing to work with. Thank you for helping out and making our day-to-day processes so much better! We appreciate you and love working with you!

DO NOT LISTEN to the people that are upset about them creating a 100% discount code - they do that ONLY to push through a single ONE TIME test order. It's a one time code and just used to test tracking. If you don't want them to HELP YOU verify that the app is working you can always push through your own test order. This is a great app that I have used across 3 different brands. Great support and it has a simple and easy to use user interface. On our oldest brand I've used Refersion for 2 years and processed hundreds of thousands of dollars through them and always been very happy with the service that they provide.

The team is quick and attentive to any inquiries you have and for our team, the ability to get support in a timely manner matters a lot. Andre on their team is prompt in getting our issues solved.
