Best affiliate marketing software out there in my opinion. And much more affordable than the competition. We used to use GetAmbassador for years but when we found Refersion we swapped over in a week and haven't looked back.

This is a great app and we love using it for our Brand Ambassador program. Very easy to use and get the hang of. I would highly recommend it. Customer service / support is GREAT and they are always looking to improve the app and add new features.

The guys at Refersion are top notch, and are always there when I have a question or need. Their affiliate tracking software is also top notch....have never had any issues w/ tracking as our company has had in the past with other affiliate programs. If there ever were an issue, I trust that the guys at Refersion would make it right for us.

Ran into some issues initially with the App. For whatever reason, it wouldn't track commissions when switching browsers. I did a complete restart and cache/history clear on all browsers, and then my test orders went through. Initially there was a delay in support, but after making contact, they have been very responsive. The only thing it really needs further is to be able to change the Social Media icons for simplicity on the Affiliate's end (If it's not stupid simple, they won't use it we found out), so hopefully they can customize that or enable that option for the near future and I think this will be the best affiliate App available. So far, for it's features and simplicity of integration, it's the best thing going, and the pricing seems pretty fair for what we need.

Update: the guys at refersion were kindly able to negotiate a refund from Shopify on my behalf, which I am very happy with. I would recommend the app itself based on the functionality, but would suggest users be mindful of their subscription cost etc. I was charged the maximum tarrif for this app despite subscribing to the entry level subscription and removing the app. Both Shopify and Refersion have both been useless and neither were willing to help as they claim they do not have a refund policy... The lack of customer service from both is disgusting and I will be considering a move to another platform. Purchase/trial at your own risk.

After learning how to work the app I love it . Eric was really helpful in helping me set up the app and didn't get get off the phone until it was done .

We recently decided to add an affiliate page to our site. There are a few affiliate apps on Shopify, but Refersion had the features we needed. We have a fair amount of affiliates now sending us business, and the app does as described. Can't really ask for more. www.TrafficPros.org

Great service! I had a hard time finding the "cancel account" button other than an email in the contact section. This was really frustrating but I KNOW they care about service and the image they have because they called me to make sure everything was good as soon as I cancelled via the contact form and left a review sharing my frustration with not getting a instant confirmation of account cancellation via the email. Much appreciated! Thank you for great service!!

So glad we went with Refersion! The app is very user friendly and the support is awesome. Super thorough, helped us with all our questions quickly. The app is very well thought out and the knowledge & support of those behind it to help us get up and running was key. Thanks so much Refersion!

Refersion was super easy to set up and immediately begin tracking affiliates for my online snack subscription store (www.bokksu.com). I've been able to get more referrals and sales because affiliates trust Refersion and know they will get their proper commission through this system. Highly recommend trying Refersion out!

We use Share a Sale and Refersion. I like Refersion because it gives us more control and is very simple to use and make payments to affiliates.
