It has the fundamentals of a solid app, but there are many of small changes they could make to dramatically improve the product. Like - you cannot message all affiliates in one go, you have to add them one by one. Or being able to produce a report with all the data, apparently you need to be pay even more a month to be able to access reports that include all data. I think with small changes like these, and speedier support, this has the potential to be the go to app for affiliates.

So far good I guess, I just installed it and seems to work by way of test. easy to install will update review later when i start to see results

The Refersion app has been a great addition to our Shopify suite of tools. We are using it to manage ambassadors and sponsored athletes. It is a great tool for assisting us as we help our ambassadors get paid as they share our site through social media links.

The app has bugs, I got several customer emails upset about the pop up not going away on mobile. They are currently trouble shooting it but as is its buggy and does not work as advertised. Buyer beware.

Great app and really easy to set up! When you do not work with PayPal the payments can be a bit of a hassle.

The app's UI is a bit outdated and confusing, not the most intuitive one. Contact form didn't work, but after contacting customer service via email I got a quick answer and very good customer service.

We really love the app. Most of our traffic comes from refersion links of our affiliates. Handling is easy. Thank you guys :)
