It works great. Can't really make any complaints. Im able to find issues with my store based on the actions of my visitors

Nice app works well. Sometimes it doesn't give the accurate location rest of it works very well. Best part is, this app is absolutely free

i like the simple installation it doesnt take much but it didnt record all the session it skip some session's.

Very easy to use and the recordings are giving a real idea of what visitors are doing on your store and what can be improved.

The app is good and can record but the videos do no appear instantly after someone visits your store. Having quicker access to the videos faster can help me make adjustments to my ads or store which could result in more sales and less money spent on non converting ads.

Web pages are always prone to problems. The system is always shut down. There is still much to be improved in use.

Great app to see how the customer interact with your site to help you improve it next time Help me to spot some error on my site and was able to resolve it for the next customer Would be more helpful if it can have the option to ignore certain IP (the owner) and also the option to ignore event (by time for example - session that is less than 1 min, etc)
