I think this app is a really helpful addition to my current suite of apps that I use to run my Shopify store. The customer service team is A1 and really responsive to emails no matter the time of day!

I just started using Replay Live but so far it has been nice! I am used to using FullStory so it will be interesting to see how Replay Live compares.

Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. Thanks, will provide a bit of work for our developers to implement these improvements for our customers.

This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended

Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.

I used this app to help me understand how our customers were interacting with our store and our understanding of this touchpoint interaction has been grown significantly in such a short amount of time. We have learned so much and used the insights to redesign our store to improve conversion. We are up over 20% in conversions per day this month alone. In addition, we have a better understanding of what products our customers are really interested in. I highly recommend this app to all new store owners. You will be amazed at what you would learn.
