Great app. Not only do you get to understand customer behavior, you also have the ability to analyze customer patterns which might be hindering your website. I was then able to adjust my website to what customer actions were telling me.

Ive just installed the app today and am very impressed so far. Its really important and insightful to learn from your site visitors activity and frustrations or blockers and where you can draw them in. App replays well.

I used this app to see what visitors were searching for on my site. I'm actually impressed at how well it does. I just wish it would filter out my own visits to my site as I have to weed through my own visits to find the organic ones.
